We are seeking an experienced Code Security Technical Delivery Manager to lead the rollout and adoption of a strategic code security platform across a large-scale telecommunications environment. This is a delivery-focused role that will see you working closely with Security, Engineering, DevOps, and Architecture teams to drive the successful implementation of cloud and code security capabilities across multiple development teams and markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the deployment, rollout, and adoption of a code security platform across the organisation.
  • Drive onboarding of development teams and local business units.
  • Work with Engineering, DevOps, and Security stakeholders to integrate security into developer workflows.
  • Support integration with GitHub, GitLab, and Azure DevOps environments.
  • Ensure security controls are embedded within CI/CD pipelines.
  • Manage programme delivery, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Track adoption, engagement, and delivery milestones.
  • Coordinate stakeholders across multiple teams and locations.
  • Support prioritisation and planning for future onboarding activities.

Essential Experience

  • 5+ years' experience within Cloud Security, Code Security, or DevSecOps environments.
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale security or technology rollouts.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security principles and secure software development.
  • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with: GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience managing risks, dependencies, and delivery plans.
  • Knowledge of Wiz or similar platforms such as Snyk, Prisma Cloud, Checkmarx, Veracode, or Lacework would be highly beneficial.

Mandatory Requirement

  • Telecommunications industry experience is essential.

Candidates must have previous experience working within a Telco environment and be comfortable operating within complex, large-scale technology organisations. This is an excellent opportunity to join a major transformation programme, driving the adoption of cloud and code security capabilities within a large telecommunications organisation on a fully remote, Outside IR35 contract basis.
