We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with proven ServiceNow delivery experience to lead a large-scale enterprise application implementation. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder management, governance, and ensuring successful outcomes across the full application development and deployment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and delivery of ServiceNow implementation projects.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, business stakeholders, and technical delivery teams.
- Manage project governance, reporting, risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, and deliverables.

- Ensure effective planning, milestone tracking, dependency management, and delivery control throughout the project lifecycle.
Essential Experience
- Proven experience delivering ServiceNow implementation projects as a Senior Project Manager.
- Strong understanding of the software/application development and deployment lifecycle (SDLC).
- Demonstrable experience managing projects through requirements, design, build, testing, deployment, and transition to support.
- Strong project governance and controls experience, including reporting, risk and issue management, dependency management, change control, and deliverable tracking.
- Excellent stakeholder and customer management skills.
- Experience leading complex projects involving multiple teams and workstreams.
- Experience from large enterprise organisations.
- PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
- Experience delivering enterprise SaaS or digital transformation programmes.
- Available at short notice.
