We are recruiting for an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer to join our client on site in Wolverhampton. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer focused IT professional with strong Microsoft technologies experience to support users in a busy enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide 2nd line support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents across Windows 10/11 environments.
- Support and administer Microsoft 365 applications and services.
- Manage and maintain devices using Microsoft Intune.
- Investigate and resolve VPN and remote access issues.
- Support end-user device deployments, laptop builds, and hardware refresh activities.
- Escalate complex issues where required and work collaboratively with wider IT teams.
- Deliver a high level of customer service while supporting users at all levels of the business.
