We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead Operational Resilience initiatives across Service Chain Mapping, Scenario Testing, and Proactive Resilience workstreams within a large enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Own and prioritise the Operational Resilience backlog and roadmap across multiple resilience workstreams.
- Lead Service Chain Mapping, Scenario Testing, and Proactive Resilience initiatives.
- Drive resilience-by-design practices, scenario testing, and resilience automation across technology teams.
- Improve visibility of service dependencies, resilience risks, and critical business service impacts.
- Champion tooling enhancements, digital transformation, and process improvements.
- Deliver resilience metrics, governance, reporting, and management information.
- Engage senior stakeholders across Technology, Risk, Resilience, and Business functions.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, impact tolerances, and risk appetite.
- Proven Product Owner experience within a large banking or highly regulated environment.
- Strong knowledge of Operational Resilience, Scenario Testing, or Service Chain Mapping.
- Agile delivery expertise with strong backlog and roadmap management skills.
- Understanding of service resilience, incident management, business continuity, disaster recovery, and operational resilience.
