Hybrid working in Sheffield, 6-month rolling contract, £600 - £700 p/day, Inside IR35.

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead Operational Resilience initiatives across Service Chain Mapping, Scenario Testing, and Proactive Resilience workstreams within a large enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and prioritise the Operational Resilience backlog and roadmap across multiple resilience workstreams.
  • Lead Service Chain Mapping, Scenario Testing, and Proactive Resilience initiatives.
  • Drive resilience-by-design practices, scenario testing, and resilience automation across technology teams.
  • Improve visibility of service dependencies, resilience risks, and critical business service impacts.
  • Champion tooling enhancements, digital transformation, and process improvements.
  • Deliver resilience metrics, governance, reporting, and management information.
  • Engage senior stakeholders across Technology, Risk, Resilience, and Business functions.
  • Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, impact tolerances, and risk appetite.
Requirements:
  • Proven Product Owner experience within a large banking or highly regulated environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Operational Resilience, Scenario Testing, or Service Chain Mapping.
  • Agile delivery expertise with strong backlog and roadmap management skills.
  • Understanding of service resilience, incident management, business continuity, disaster recovery, and operational resilience.
