Customer Success Manager - Microsoft 55,000 - 60,000 + Bonus Hybrid Working Permanent Position We re looking for an experienced Microsoft Customer Success Manager to take ownership of the customer lifecycle across Microsoft technologies, helping customers maximise the value of their investment across Microsoft 365, Copilot, Security and Azure. You ll build strong customer relationships, drive adoption and engagement, support renewals, identify opportunities for expansion, and ensure customers receive proactive support throughout their Microsoft journey. What You ll Be Doing: Managing a portfolio of Microsoft customers and building strong relationships. Helping customers get the most from their Microsoft technology investment. Supporting retention, renewals and account growth. Identifying customer needs, risks and potential opportunities. Working with internal technical and commercial teams to deliver customer outcomes.
