IT Risk and Control Manager Initial 4-Month Contract Hybrid Working - London £600 - £700 p/day, Inside IR35
We're recruiting for an experienced Technology Risk & Controls Manager to support a major IT services provider delivering enterprise-scale technology and operational risk management across a complex, regulated environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Partnering with senior technology and control stakeholders to oversee risk and control activities
- Supporting operational risk management, controls assurance, audits and issue remediation
- Providing risk and controls expertise across technology and cyber domains
- Monitoring and improving control effectiveness across complex technology environments
- Delivering concise reporting and updates to senior leadership and governance forums
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives across risk and control processes
- Analyse and interpret risk and control related information to provide insight and improvement with clear and measurable outcomes
Required experience:
- Strong background in technology risk, operational risk or controls management
- Experience within enterprise technology, cyber or infrastructure environments
- Proven stakeholder management experience with senior leadership teams
- Strong understanding of governance, controls assurance and risk frameworks
- Experience within financial services is essential
- Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CRISC or similar are advantageous
