We're recruiting for a Global IT Services Provider seeking a Technical Enterprise Architect to drive technical resilience strategies within a large enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to enterprise technology resilience strategy across applications, infrastructure, security, data, observability and operations
- Define and embed reusable resilience architecture patterns, standards and improvement processes in collaboration with technology teams
- Use production incident and vulnerability data, managed through ServiceNow, to drive resilience improvements and architectural best practice
- Lead strategic resilience initiatives including recovery objectives, large-scale failure scenarios, and integrated risk management using ServiceNow CIM and IRM
- Design and support central resilience services, tooling and governance, while building resilience capability across engineering teams
- 6+ years as a Senior Architect with proven experience in technology resilience
- Financial Services experience
- Strong background in one or more domains: Application, Infrastructure/Cloud, Security, or Data
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, automation, containers, and cloud-based architectures
- Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, particularly Continual Improvement Management (CIM) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM), is highly desirable
