Due to continued growth and demand, we are seeking a Topographic and/or Measured Building Surveyor to join us. We offer a supportive and professional working environment, along with structured CPD and ongoing training to help develop your surveying skills. About the Role You\’ll work across a diverse range of projects, including: Topographic Surveys Measured Building Surveys Laser Scanning BIM Drone Surveys Utility Surveys We welcome applicants of all experience levels, but you must have at least 1 year of UK-based surveying experience to be considered. Key Requirements Experience or understanding of: Total Station and GPS equipment (Leica, GeoMax, or Trimble) Survey control and its importance Survey software and CAD (LSS preferred) Laser scanning (Leica Cyclone, CloudworX, Recap – training provided if needed) Other Essentials: Comfortable working outdoors in all weather Usual hours: 7:30am – 4:30pm (with some flexibility required) Occasional travel and overnight stays (majority of work is in Yorkshire) Must live within commuting distance of our office in Leeds (LS14) Full UK driving licence required What\’s on Offer Competitive salary based on experience (£28,500 – £39,000) Profit Related Bonus Scheme (after 1-2 years of service) Company pension Sick pay On-site parking Interested?
