We're looking for a Junior Service Delivery Engineer to join a busy on-site IT support team in Cumbria. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their IT career or looking to build hands-on experience in a real working environment.

You'll be fully supported with training and development, making this an ideal role if you have a basic IT understanding and a strong willingness to learn.

What you'll be doing:

  • Providing on-site deskside support to end users (hardware & software issues)
  • Setting up and delivering IT equipment (laptops, phones, tablets, etc.)
  • Troubleshooting everyday IT problems in a Windows environment
  • Supporting users face-to-face to keep them up and running
  • Managing your own support tickets and working to targets
  • Assisting with hardware rollouts, upgrades, and other IT projects
  • Helping with simple break-fix tasks on devices (training provided)

This is a hands-on role, so you'll be actively working across customer sites rather than office-based.

What we're looking for:

  • Basic IT knowledge (Windows, hardware, Microsoft applications)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence (travel between sites required)
  • Must be 21+
  • Happy to work on-site full time
