We are seeking a Governance Lead to define and manage resilience policy, process, and controls to strengthen governance within a large enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Own and maintain resilience policies, processes, and operating model
- Ensure alignment with regulatory, risk, and internal control frameworks
- Oversee control execution, compliance, and exception management
- Define and track KPIs to measure governance and control effectiveness
- Drive governance maturity, risk identification, and remediation actions
- Collaborate across Technology and Resilience teams to embed best practice
- Provide clear reporting and insight to senior stakeholders and governance forums
- Experience working with regulatory and risk management frameworks in financial services
- Strong experience in governance, risk, controls, or technology risk management roles
- Proven track record of defining and embedding policy, process, and control frameworks
