We're looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to support technology modernisation projects within a large enterprise environment. The role will focus on gathering and documenting business and technical requirements, supporting Agile delivery, and working closely with technical teams, architects and senior stakeholders to ensure solutions deliver the required business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyse and document business and technical requirements
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria
- Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and prioritisation
- Work closely with Tech Leads, Architects, PMs and development teams
- Produce process maps, use cases and functional specifications
- Facilitate workshops and manage stakeholders
- Support complex technology change and modernisation projects
Requirements:
- Strong IT/Technical Business Analyst experience
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- BPMN/process modelling experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience working on technical/software development projects
- Financial services/regulatory experience desirable
- Active SC Clearance essential, candidates without this will not be considered
