Senior Business Analyst (Digital Transformation) Location: Fort Dunlop, Birmingham (3 Days in office) Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 The Role As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll take ownership of initiatives from concept through to delivery, working closely with business stakeholders, project managers, technical teams, and third-party suppliers. Key responsibilities include: Leading end-to-end business analysis activities across multiple projects Facilitating workshops and gathering business and technical requirements Producing business cases, impact assessments, and process maps Translating business needs into clear deliverables for technical teams Supporting project delivery and change implementation Identifying opportunities for automation and process optimisation Managing stakeholder relationships at all levels across the organisationAbout You We're looking for a commercially minded Business Analyst who enjoys operating across both strategic and delivery-focused initiatives.
