ECS Resource group are currently working with a World's Leading Technology Organisation who are looking for a Senior AV Engineer to support the full development life cycle of AV installations. As an AV Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the design, installation, and maintenance of audio-visual systems, including managing projects, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical guidance.
- Act as the key intermediary between senior AV leadership and junior team members, supporting reporting lines both upwards and downwards.
- Ensure all AV works are completed and align with installation plans.
- Manage AV installation milestones, coordinating signoffs and handovers to operational support teams.
- Provide floorwalking support and assist end users with AV technology.
- Deliver first-line support on minor technical issues, including AV and basic IT/networking troubleshooting.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination with the AV team throughout the project life cycle.

- Strong understanding of AV infrastructure and the ability to troubleshoot and support AV hardware/software.
- Confident working on-site in a complex and high-expectation environment, managing tight timelines.
