We are working with a well-established contractor delivering refurbishment and upgrade works within a high-profile store in Knightsbridge. They are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to oversee works in a live environment. This role would suit someone with strong refurbishment experience who is confident managing trades, maintaining programme and ensuring high standards of health & safety on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing day-to-day site operations
- Coordinating subcontractors and trades
- Ensuring works are delivered safely and in line with programme
- Managing site logistics within a live environment
- Maintaining quality control and site standards
