Senior Quantity Surveyor

Senior Quantity Surveyor Groundworks 65,000 + Company Car We are working with a Leeds based growing groundworks and civil engineering contractor expanding across the North East, with a strong pipeline of commercial projects. They are looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage multiple groundwork packages across sites in the region. The Role You will be responsible for managing 2 3 projects at any one time, typically valued between 3m 7m, working on a remeasure basis for main contractors. Key Responsibilities * Preparation and submission of monthly valuations * Cost reporting and monthly CVR reporting * Managing variations and final accounts * Commercial management of labour, plant and materials * Liaising with site teams and main contractors * Attending monthly commercial meetings Requirements * Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior QS within groundworks or civil engineering * Strong understanding of remeasure contracts and valuations * Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously * Commercially astute and able to manage packages independently * Full UK driving licence Package * Salary circa 65,000 * Company car provided * Long-term opportunity within a growing reg...
