This opportunity would suit someone who has progressed from a mechanical building services background and enjoys coordinating MEP delivery, working alongside project teams, consultants and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
The Role
As MEP Manager, you’ll be responsible for the successful delivery of MEP packages across multiple live projects, overseeing every stage from design coordination through to commissioning and handover. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the delivery of mechanical and electrical packages across multiple projects.
- Coordinating design information and resolving technical issues during construction.
- Planning and monitoring programmes to ensure projects remain on schedule.
- Managing MEP subcontractors and supporting procurement activities.
- Ensuring high standards of quality and safety are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
