We are recruiting a Contracts Manager for a well‑established joinery‑led interiors contractor delivering high‑end hospitality, commercial and refurbishment schemes across NI and London.
This is a multi‑project leadership role overseeing £1.5m‑£10m fit‑out and refurbishment projects, managing site teams and working closely with senior leadership to ensure programme, quality and commercial objectives are achieved.
The position involves weekly travel to London (typically one day per week), with the remainder of the week based in Lisburn.
Ideal background:
- 3‑5+ years operating at Contracts Manager level
- Strong refurbishment / high‑end fit‑out experience (hotel / restaurant exposure preferred)
- Confident overseeing multiple live sites
- Comfortable managing programme, client interface and delivery teams
- SMSTS / NVQ Level 6‑7 desirable
Salary package: £70,000‑£85,000 (DOE) + travel and benefits.
