Overview
In this role you will support a large-scale desktop refresh program within a Financial Services environment. You’ll work closely with engineers and the project team to coordinate installations and ensure milestones are met. You will track progress, manage risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused position that offers exposure to IT infrastructure projects and cross-functional collaboration. A six-month, entry-level opportunity to contribute to a critical technology refresh with on-site coordination in London.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate delivery of desktop refresh projects and installation activities
- Work with engineers to manage schedules and on-site activities
- Track project progress, actions, risks and issues
- Liaise with technical teams and key stakeholders
- Ensure installations are delivered efficiently and on time
- Provide regular project updates and reporting
Key requirements
- Experience in a Junior Project Manager role within Financial Services (essential)
- Strong experience coordinating engineers or technical teams
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
