Junior Administrator – Financial Planning – c. £26,000 + excellent benefits – full training provided
Our client is a well-established, growing financial planning practice near Wilmslow, Cheshire, advising individuals, families and business owners. As the practice grows, they're looking for a Junior Administrator to help keep the office running smoothly. This is a great first step into financial services, and full training is provided for the right person.
What you'll do
Handle the day-to-day administration of running the office
Answer telephone calls and respond to client queries
Book meetings and manage diaries
Prepare meeting files and update client files after meetings and other correspondence
Type and send letters to clients and prospective clients
Help with marketing activities, including attending events and supporting campaigns
Liaise with central administration teams
Take on any other administrative tasks that keep the practice running smoothly
What you'll bring
Strong organisation and attention to detail
A friendly, professional manner on the phone and in person
Good written English and confidence with everyday IT
A willingness to learn – financial services experience is helpful but not essential
Discretion when handling confidential client information
