No two visits are the same. Typical duties include: Providing companionship and emotional support Assisting with personal care Preparing meals and drinks Supporting with medication (full training given) Light household tasks, shopping and collecting prescriptions Encouraging independence and building trusted relationships with the people you support Where it can lead Our client promotes from within. As your skills and confidence grow, there are clear routes into roles such as Senior Care Assistant, Field Care Supervisor, Care Coordinator, Team Leader and Registered Manager.
