Senior Administrator – Financial Planning – Office-based with flexibility – c. £35,000 Our client is a well-established, growing financial planning practice near Wilmslow, Cheshire, advising individuals, families and business owners. As they expand, they're looking for an experienced financial services administrator who can hit the ground running from day one. The role You'll be the engine room of the practice – keeping client service at a high standard, making sure new business is submitted accurately and on time, and supporting the advisers and paraplanner as the business grows. What you'll do Provide high-quality technical and administrative support across the full client relationship Act as a confident first point of contact for clients, product providers and third parties Prepare and submit new business, checking everything is accurate and compliant Track cases through to completion and keep clients informed Keep client records and the CRM up to date Support newer team members as the practice grows What you'll bring Several years' administration experience in financial services or wealth management St. James's Place Partner Practice experience is strongly preferred Strong all-round knowledge of pensions, investments and protection business Organised, accurate and able to work to deadlines with little supervision Confident, professional and completely discreet Salesforce (or similar CRM) experience ideal; any financial services qualifications are a bonus What's on offer Around £35,000 depending on experience Private medical insurance, death in service at 4x salary, generous pension matching and a discretionary bonus Full-time, 9:00–17:30, office-based with some flexibility for the right person A senior, trusted role in a close-knit, growing practice, reporting to the Practice Manager Support and mentoring to progress your career For a confidential conversation, apply now or contact Eric Chitapi at ECS Recruitment Consultants on 07960 829577.
