What You'll Do

  • Provide technical expertise and support Geotechnical staff within a branch and region.
  • Host or attend project meetings with clients and ECS staff to develop technical solutions.
  • Mentor Associate Principals and participate in review committees for candidates seeking Associate Principal (Geotechnical) designation.
  • Oversee projects, review technical reports, prepare and review proposals, and assist with department management and P&L at the office and regional levels.
  • Contribute to business development by maintaining and developing client relationships.
  • Assist hiring managers in staffing decisions.
  • Lead and coach junior staff members.
  • Perform similar duties in CMT due to departmental overlaps.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, Geology, or related field.
  • 12 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience as a senior reviewer in your current or previous firm.
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Professional Geologist (P.G.) license in each state of practice.
  • Valid driver's license if driving for ECS or its subsidiaries.
