- Conduct thorough Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) across a range of properties
- Diagnose and repair faults (C1s and C2s) on‑site
- Carry out remedial works such as emergency lighting replacement and issue Electrical Installation Certificates (EICs) where needed
- Ensure all work complies with current regulations (18th Edition)
- Manage your own schedule while staying connected with the wider team
- Travel within an hour radius to various sites
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation
- 18th Edition qualified
- Inspection & Testing certification: City & Guilds 2391, 2394/2395, 2391-52 or EAL equivalent
- Solid experience in social housing or similar environments
