Weâre looking for someone to join our Castleford office, supporting our Sales Estimator and field engineers. Itâs a fastâmoving, handsâon role where youâll be right in the middle of the action â chasing quotes, keeping jobs moving, and making sure engineers have everything they need to get the job done.
This is an entryâlevel position, but donât mistake that for "basic" â youâll learn quickly, get proper exposure to how the business operates, and have real opportunities to progress.
What youâll be doing:
- Following up customer quotes via phone and email
- Speaking confidently with customers to move work forward
- Creating job packs for engineers out on site
- Ordering adâhoc parts and arranging delivery to site
- Updating Excel trackers and internal systems
- Providing general admin support across the team
What weâre looking for:
- Confident and comfortable on the phone
- Organised, proactive, and able to juggle tasks
- A genuine "get it done" mindset
- Good basic IT skills (Excel, systems, emails)
