Duties
- Management and submission of weekly staff time sheets and subsistence forms.
- Manage, collate, and submit contract data in accordance with client KPI and assurance indicators.
- Review weekly sheets for missing data, reactive work reports etc.
- Ensure the companies integrated management system is populated, and information is up to date on live projects.
- Manage team’s movements and plan daily activities.
- Co-ordinate with other Departments and regions.
- Assist in the preparation of Application invoices, including month end.
HR
- Work with other members of the team to ensure holiday periods are covered.
- Work to ECS procedures and assist in appraisals as required.
Financial
- Utilise fully all of ECS’ resources to plan, deploy and efficiently manage employees for successful completion of workload with the ECS Project Managers.
- Identify Project risks, implement contingency plans and early warning mechanisms to reduce waste, duplication of work and maintain projected profitability.
Experience
- Previous experience working within an Office administrative role.
- Strong IT knowledge.
- Ideally an NVQ or equivalence qualification in Business Administration (Desirable).
