Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the company meets and adheres to its Electrical technical standards.
  • Act as technical leader for electrical engineering projects responsible for inter-disciplinary coordination of design activities, quality assurance of engineering and design deliverables, coordination with procurement, construction, project controls and client personnel.
  • Manage a team of electrical site technicians, LV and HV.
  • Provide weekly and monthly data to meet KPI’s, monitoring and reporting on trends to inform the business.
  • Any other duties assigned in line with the scope and seniority of the role.
  • To understand and adhere to Company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain companies’ electrical procedures, policies, and accreditations.
  • Comply with company Health and Safety policies, procedures, and codes of practice.
  • Demonstrate and uphold Company values.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in managing electrical projects/site works.
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Good communication skills verbally and in writing.
  • Good negotiating and influencing skills to command professional respect at all levels.
  • Experienced in team management.
  • Highly competent in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Experience of working on water utility assets.
  • Experience on HV systems.
  • Experience of PPM maintenance activities.
