Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the company meets and adheres to its Electrical technical standards.
- Act as technical leader for electrical engineering projects responsible for inter-disciplinary coordination of design activities, quality assurance of engineering and design deliverables, coordination with procurement, construction, project controls and client personnel.
- Manage a team of electrical site technicians, LV and HV.
- Provide weekly and monthly data to meet KPI’s, monitoring and reporting on trends to inform the business.
- Any other duties assigned in line with the scope and seniority of the role.
- To understand and adhere to Company policies and procedures.
- Maintain companies’ electrical procedures, policies, and accreditations.
- Comply with company Health and Safety policies, procedures, and codes of practice.
- Demonstrate and uphold Company values.
Skills & Qualifications:
- At least 5 years’ experience in managing electrical projects/site works.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Good communication skills verbally and in writing.
- Good negotiating and influencing skills to command professional respect at all levels.
- Experienced in team management.
- Highly competent in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Experience of working on water utility assets.
- Experience on HV systems.
- Experience of PPM maintenance activities.
