We're recruiting for an Estimator to join our repair centre in Ellesmere Port. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring accurate and efficient vehicle damage assessments. Working closely with the wider team, you'll focus on delivering a high standard of customer service and supporting site performance through effective estimating. Key Responsibilities:
- Produce accurate estimates using Audatex and/or GT Motive
- Ensure all vehicle damage is correctly captured and documented
- Follow recognised manufacturer methods including Thatcham and Ezi-Methods
- Process estimates based on site capacity and budget
- Support KPI monitoring to drive revenue and efficiency
- Liaise with customers to set repair expectations and discuss any extra work required
- Flag safety concerns relating to the repair
- Assist the Customer Service team with technical queries
- Keep estimates updated to reflect approvals and final values for invoicing
