Were looking for a friendly and motivated Tenant Liaison Officer to visit residential properties across Greater Manchester on behalf of a major utilities company. The role As a Tenant Liaison Officer, youll speak directly with residents, identify opportunities to improve water efficiency and arrange appointments for water-saving measures. Your visits will include a mixture of pre-booked appointments and door-to-door engagement. Full product and role-specific training will be provided. Key responsibilities Complete door-to-door visits and pre-booked appointments Build positive relationships with residents Explain available water-efficiency services clearly Identify potential water-saving opportunities Carry out simple household audits Book appointments for water-efficiency measures Record accurate information using a tablet Work towards individual and team targets About Control Flow Technologies Control Flow Technologies is a growing provider of specialist services within the utilities sector, working with major organisations to deliver practical solutions that help improve efficiency and reduce water usage. As a Tenant Liaison Officer, you'll join the Control Flow Technologies team and represent the company visiting customers in their homes, whilst working on a temporary contract through Sharp Talent.
