As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a proactive and creative Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our lead generation and digital marketing activity.

The Role: This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated marketing professional to help drive brand awareness, generate high-quality enquiries, and support business growth across our HVAC and building services divisions. Reporting to the Directors, you will play a key role in planning and delivering targeted marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, and analysing performance to improve results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop and manage digital marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and enquiry conversion
  • Create engaging content for social media, email campaigns and the company website
  • Monitor campaign performance and produce reports using analytics tools to support continuous improvement
  • Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent and effective marketing activity
  • Manage and maintain CRM data, ensuring accuracy and integrity
  • Support brand development and wider sales and marketing initiatives across the business

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a marketing coordinator or similar role, ideally with a lead generation focus
  • Good working knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, PPC, email marketing systems and CRM software
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong IT skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively to deadlines
  • Creative, proactive and organised approach

Desirable:

  • Experience within the HVAC, construction or technical sectors
  • Degree or qualification in Marketing, Business or a related subject
