Mc Laughlin Generating subcontract documents; Assisting the project team in negotiating the terms and conditions of subcontract packages; Delivering advice on how the main contract/subcontract operates; Provide ad hoc support on contractual matters; Prepare and deliver training seminars on standard forms and amended contract terms.
What Were Looking For Essential Bachelors Degree, or equivalent qualification, in law or a construction related field such as QS, Civil Engineering, Project Management A working knowledge of the NEC and JCT suite of contracts Desirable A qualification in construction law, ICE LCMC or similar would be of benefit.
Experience The job opening skill level is best suited to applicants with 1-4 years relative experience.
