to join our team. Work primarily from home, with optional access to our South Croydon office whenever you need it. The Role Provide professional mortgage and protection advice to clients. Manage applications from initial enquiry through to completion. Build strong client relationships and generate repeat business. Maintain FCA and network compliance standards. Develop your own client base alongside leads provided by Percom.
What We're Looking For CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) – essential. Previous experience as a Mortgage Adviser within a bank, brokerage or network. Strong communication and customer service skills. Good organisational skills and the ability to work independently. A professional, client-focused approach.
