Brigit's Bakery is an award-winning Afternoon Tea specialist, and we're looking for a talented Pastry Chef to join our production team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Pastry Chef who enjoys producing high-quality products in a well-organised kitchen environment. Unlike many hospitality roles, our focus is not restaurant service. Instead, you'll work as part of a skilled team creating the handmade cakes, pastries and sweet treats that feature across our Afternoon Tea experiences.

Working closely with the wider kitchen team, you'll help deliver the products that have made Brigit's Bakery one of London's most recognised Afternoon Tea brands. This is a full-time position working 45 hours per week across 5 days. We operate 7 days a week, so weekend availability is required. Shifts start from 6:00am.

  • Prepare and bake a range of cakes, pastries, desserts and Afternoon Tea items.
  • Follow established recipes while maintaining excellent presentation and quality.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and organisation.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider pastry and production team.
