Co-Founder & Head of Sales and Marketing Remote, UK | Founding equity partnership | One appointment Have you built a commercial function from nothing and turned an idea into growth?
Can you earn the trust of people who question every claim and expect complete honesty?The role He NRI is seeking a Co-Founder and Head of Sales and Marketing to build our commercial function.
Your first priority will be recruiting people living with Long COVID and ME/CFS into supplement efficacy trials through trusted communities.
You will also shape product sales, participant retention and growth.
This is a co-founder opportunity, with a real voice in direction and decision-making from day one.
This is not a salaried role at first.
It suits someone ready to accept early-stage risk in return for meaningful ownership.
Key Responsibilities Create and deliver the go-to-market strategy Develop honest, evidence-led messaging Build trusted relationships within patient communities Manage the journey from first contact through enrolment and retention Build and lead the commercial team Work towards enrolling 3,000 participants in year one About our company He NRI, the Health and Nutrition Research Institute, sells supplements and uses the proceeds to fund independent trials.
We publish every result, including those showing that a product does not work.
Founded and majority-held by the Kardashev Institute, He NRI is at pre-seed stage.
Our first observational study of NMN in Long COVID and ME/CFS is ready to begin.
