We are looking for a full-time Service Manager to oversee our St Helens Floating Support Service. This vital service supports individuals living independently in the community, helping them maintain their wellbeing and independence.
You will lead a dedicated team, ensure a high standard of care is delivered, and take responsibility for operational performance, team development and safeguarding. This is a rewarding opportunity to guide others, shape services, and build meaningful relationships with both staff and those we support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, support and motivate the care team across the service
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and internal policies

- Manage rotas, budgets, and performance targets effectively
