The Role
Are you a commercially aware surveyor ready to take the lead on a growing consultancy? Do you have the experience and confidence to build a team from the ground up? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.
We are a busy Architectural Design company delivering 400–500 loft and extension applications per year across London and the Home Counties. We\'ve recently launched a dedicated party wall consultancy to support the growing number of homeowners needing this service—and we\'re looking for a Senior Party Wall Surveyor to help build and lead it.
As the lead surveyor, you will be central to shaping the new consultancy. You\'ll take charge of incoming leads, manage projects, and develop client relationships, all while laying the foundations for a successful team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the principal surveyor on all party wall matters
- Manage and respond to 5–10 weekly leads from residential homeowners
- Provide advice, prepare notices, schedules of condition, and awards
- Represent clients as Building or Adjoining Owner\'s Surveyor
- Work closely with architectural teams to ensure smooth coordination
- Develop and grow a new team in line with business demand
