Senior Commercial Finance Broker – Elite Role (Not Entry-Level)

Compensation:
- Employed: £120k+ OTE in Year One
- Self-employed: £250k–£500k+ for top performers

This role is not suitable for trainees, juniors, or generalist mortgage advisers.
We are seeking a strategically minded dealmaker with:
- Proven delivery of £5m+ commercial or semi-commercial lending volumes
- Existing relationships with developers, investors, and business owners
- A background in private banking, SME finance, or structured commercial lending

? Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience:
- 3+ years in commercial lending, development finance, or HNW advisory
- Direct exposure to complex, structured loans and deal packaging
- CeMAP qualified (or equivalent), with excellent financial acumen
Background:
- Likely ex-Private Bank (e.g., Coutts, Handelsbanken, C Hoare, Barclays Private) or top-tier brokerage
- Track record of originating and closing significant commercial transactions
- Experience running or building a brokerage function is a plus
Mindset:
- Strategic thinker and self-starter — commercially mature, proactive, and credible
- Confident advising entrepreneurs, property developers, and sophisticated borrowers

Remuneration Options:
Employed Route:
