Delta 365 is a growing telecoms and IT business based in Egham. We are looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to join our friendly, office-based team on a full-time, permanent basis.
The role involves helping to ensure our mobile and connectivity orders run smoothly from start to finish. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be the link between our Sales team, customers and technical suppliers. You will keep orders moving, update systems accurately and make sure everyone has the information they need. This is a busy role, so it will suit someone who enjoys variety, likes solving problems and feels comfortable working to deadlines.
Key Responsibilities- Process sales orders accurately and manage the provisioning of mobile and connectivity services.
- Keep support tickets up to date and help resolve customer queries within agreed SLAs.
