We’re looking for a Sales Engineer to join our client, supporting the growth of an innovative ResonantAcoustic® Mixer product line across the UK and EU. You’ll manage the full sales cycle — from generating leads and delivering demonstrations to securing orders and providing after-sales support. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound sales activity
  • Qualify leads and manage the full sales process with prospective and existing clients
  • Deliver hands-on product demonstrations at customer sites
  • Attend and represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to meet customer needs
  • Respond to technical enquiries and prepare detailed proposals and quotations
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM
  • Travel throughout the UK and EU, up to 50% of the time
  • Meet or exceed agreed sales targets

The Person:

We’re looking for a driven and professional Sales Engineer who can hit the ground running. You should have:

  • 5+ years’ experience in capital equipment sales
  • A degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
  • A confident, clear communicator – both written and verbal
  • Excellent presentation skills and a high level of organisation
  • The ability to work independently and travel frequently across the UK and EU
  • Experience in industrial materials-processing is desirable, and you must be comfortable working in a client-facing, hands-on role.
