Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day laboratory operations to ensure safe and efficient workflows
- Develop and refine engineered-stone formulations, including resins and fillers
- Carry out laboratory prototyping and sample preparation
- Ensure consistency between lab processes and manufacturing methods
- Lead physical, mechanical, and fire-performance testing
- Maintain accurate records, batch data, and documentation
- Identify improvements in methods and equipment use
- Support and guide junior laboratory staff
- Work closely with R&D, production, and regulatory teams
