Key Responsibilities- Lead the launch and day-to-day operation of the home
- Ensure outstanding safeguarding, care, and compliance standards
- Manage Ofsted registration and inspection readiness
- Recruit, develop, and support a dedicated staff team
- Promote positive outcomes for children and young people
- Build strong relationships with local authorities, families, and external professionals
- Oversee staffing, rotas, budgets, and operational planning

- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Confidence in leading teams and managing change
- A resilient, child-focused approach
- Flexibility to participate in on-call duties
- Enhanced DBS check, or willingness to obtain one
