Capricorn Financial Mortgages is looking for ambitious Protection Advisers who want stronger lead flow, higher earning potential and the support of an established, high-performing advisory business. Each adviser generally receives approximately 1520 warm leads per week through our mortgage adviser referral model and wider introducer relationships. You will be speaking to clients who are already engaged in the mortgage process and have a clear need to protect themselves, their families and their homes.

Capricorn Financial Mortgages is an Appointed Representative of Sesame Limited, providing advisers with established regulatory, training and provider support.

Who we are looking for

We are particularly interested in speaking to existing Protection Advisers who feel they could write more business with stronger lead flow, better internal referrals and a bigger platform behind them. You will be commercially ambitious, confident speaking to clients by phone or video, and comfortable managing a consistent flow of protection opportunities from referral through to application and completion. You should have a strong understanding of protection advice, client needs, fact-finding, suitability and good customer outcomes. RO5 is preferred, although strong candidates close to completion will also be considered.
