Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons, workshops, and tutorials aligned with curriculum requirements.
- Assess learners' abilities, identify areas for improvement, and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
- Provide individual support to learners, offering one-on-one sessions when necessary.
- Track learner progress and provide regular feedback, addressing any areas of underperformance.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and assessment outcomes.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and improve curriculum content and teaching strategies.
- Ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment, fostering learner participation and motivation.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in teaching practices and the digital skills sector.
- Undertake regular training and professional development, including mandatory safeguarding and Prevent training.

The Person
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Level 3 (or higher) qualification in ICT or a related subject.
- A teaching or training qualification (e.g., PTLLS, CTLLS, DTLLS).
- At least GCSE Grade C in English (or equivalent).
- Experience in teaching ICT to adult learners and a strong understanding of effective teaching strategies.
- The ability to adapt your teaching to meet the needs of diverse learners, ensuring an inclusive learning environment.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage mixed groups of learners.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
