Support excellence. Enable global standards. Make an impact. Are you organised, detail-focused and passionate about delivering high-quality support in a global environment? We are looking for a proactive and collaborative Regulation & Audit Coordinator to join our team, playing a vital role in supporting our global network of study centres and maintaining high regulatory standards.

About us: The Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) is the world's leading professional body for procurement and supply, with over 70,000 members worldwide. With a Royal Charter, we are driven by a clear purpose: to raise standards, build capability, and support ethical, high-performing supply chain professionals globally.

What you'll be doing: You'll play a key role in supporting the integrity and effectiveness of our global study centre network. Acting as a central point of coordination, you will help ensure that applications, monitoring processes, and regulatory activities run smoothly and consistently. Working closely with colleagues across different regions, you'll support study centres through application and review processes, helping them understand requirements and ensuring all necessary information is complete and accurate. You'll also contribute to ongoing improvements in how we manage and monitor our partnerships. In this varied role, you will build strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners, coordinate information, maintain records, and support the delivery of regulatory and audit activities. You'll also provide administrative and project support, contribute to budgeting and invoicing processes, and help maintain up-to-date resources and information for study centres. Your work will help ensure quality, consistency and compliance across our global operations, supporting both our qualifications and regulatory framework.

What we're looking for: We welcome applications from candidates with a range of backgrounds and experiences. You'll bring:

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build positive, collaborative relationships
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling data and documentation
  • A customer-focused approach with a commitment to providing high-quality support
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience within an awarding body, education environment, or regulatory setting is helpful but not essential; we value transferable skills and a willingness to learn.

What you'll get: An array of benefits, including:

  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Private medical insurance (BUPA)
  • Pension scheme
  • Life assurance (4x salary)
  • Bonus scheme (non-contractual)
  • On-site restaurant and other great facilities including a gym.

Why join CIPS? At CIPS, you'll be part of a globally connected organisation where your work supports professional standards and makes a real difference. We are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued, respected and able to succeed. We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, identities and experiences, and we encourage flexible and accessible working wherever possible. You'll join a collaborative, supportive team where your contributions are recognised and your development is encouraged.

Ready to apply? If you're excited about this opportunity and feel your skills and experience align with the role, we'd love to hear from you. Apply now with your CV and a short covering letter telling us what excites you about the role and what you'll bring to the team. We can't wait to hear from you!
