Primary Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and implement multi digital campaigns on our marketing objectives throughout the year.
- Measuring the ROI of campaigns and work closely with the marketing manager on spends and schedules.
Performance Objectives:
- Manage the day to day Marketing activities of the organisation.
Primary specific responsibilities/duties:
- Campaign management: Daily
- Devise marketing campaigns with the intent of creating leads and acquiring customers and prospects.
- Execute campaign effectively, on schedule and on budget.
- Project managing all campaigns from beginning to end ensuring they meet the target objectives.
- Content: Daily
- Write quality content to match the brief for the campaign.
- Social media content to match up with the campaigns weekly.
- Managing design brief:
- Oversee the brief given to the designers to ensure brand identity is adhered to.
- Gold Vision Reporting: Weekly
- Reporting on ROI for all our campaigns.
- Task Timelines: Daily
- Devise a campaigns timeline and schedule.
- Expos: As required
- Ensuring we have full campaigns in place in line with our Expos.
- Set up of expos and packing relevant products and equipment.
- Ordersmart: Daily
- Making sure all photos are up to date when the product and descriptions arrives on order smart.
- Yearly Marketing Hampers:
- Assisting with end of year hampers.
- Graphic Design: Daily
- Assisting the graphic designer with Marketing presentations, Internal Newsletters internal marketing.
- Assist the marketing team develop the layout and production design for advertisements, brochures, magazines, and corporate reports/Presentations.
- Digital: As required
- Working with MM and digital agency to renew and update website platforms.
