We’re looking for a Clinical Supervisor to join us at Beacon Counselling in Stockport (SK1 3DL). This is a part-time role where your support helps our team make a bigger impact with adults, children and young people.
The RoleYou’ll help shape the care our team gives—offering support, advice, and insight so they feel confident and equipped to do their best work. You’ll also play a key role in safeguarding and service decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Run one-to-one and group supervision sessions, so your team feels backed and supported
- Keep supervision records up to date, helping everything run smoothly and professionally
- Offer advice around safeguarding and clinical risks, helping keep clients and therapists safe
- Share ideas to improve how we work—your voice counts
- Be flexible with working hours, including occasional evenings or weekends, so we can meet client needs
