At Quo Vadis Trust (QVT), we provide safe, well-maintained homes for adults living with mental health needs across South East London. We\’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Plumber & Boiler Technician to join our friendly team and help us keep our properties in excellent condition.
You\’ll play a vital part in ensuring our residents live in safe, comfortable homes. This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You\’ll be responsible for a wide range of maintenance tasks, with a focus on plumbing and boiler repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out general plumbing repairs including leaks, taps, toilets, and pipework
- Diagnose and repair domestic boilers and heating systems (Gas Safe qualification desirable)
- Support with other general maintenance tasks including basic electrical, carpentry, and tiling work
- Conduct routine inspections and planned maintenance
- Respond to emergency maintenance issues as required
- Maintain accurate job records and liaise with the property team
Requirements:
- Gas Safe registered (preferred) or strong boiler repair experience
- Proven experience in a similar maintenance or facilities role
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload
