Trainee Production Operative Tonbridge, Kent | Full-Time | Permanent | 37.5 hours per week Are you practical, reliable and good with detail? Looking for a hands-on role where you can learn specialist manufacturing skills with full training provided? Graticules Optics is looking for a Trainee Production Operative to join our Electroforming Department in Tonbridge. The role Youll be trained in the specialist processes used to manufacture our precision electroformed components. This is detailed, hands-on work involving micro-patterns, chemical processes and periods of standing. Youll also learn how to inspect and test your work to make sure it meets our quality standards. Key Responsibilities Learn processes including mandrel preparation, grid cleaning, electroforming and resist dipping Manufacture and handle precision components Carry out quality checks and testing Follow work procedures and Health & Safety guidance Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail About us Graticules Optics is one of the worlds largest manufacturers of optical components and electroformed foils, with more than 70 years experience in precision manufacturing.
