The role Arrow XL is looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join our AM shift in Airdrie.

You will lead a small team of up to five Warehouse Operatives and take responsibility for keeping your area running safely, smoothly and on schedule.

From organising workloads to supporting your team on the warehouse floor, you will play a hands-on role in making sure delivery crews leave on time and customers receive the service they expect.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional who is ready to build their leadership skills and take the next step towards a future management role.

You will work 40 hours per week on a 5-out-of-7-day rota, usually Sunday to Thursday from 06:00 to 14:30.

Key Responsibilities You will: Lead, support and develop a team of Warehouse Operatives Organise daily workloads and keep the shift running to plan Oversee receiving, put-away, picking and loading activities Monitor performance and help the team achieve its targets Maintain stock accuracy, product quality and warehouse records Keep Health and Safety at the heart of the operation Maintain a clean, organised and compliant workplace Identify practical ways to improve efficiency Support shunting duties when required About our company Arrow XL is the UKs largest and longest-serving two-person delivery specialist.

We deliver large and bulky items including sofas, televisions, refrigerators and outdoor furniture.
