What You’ll Do

  • Interpret & Communicate: Confidently interpret client briefs, attend meetings and collaborate with internal & external teams. Manage client communications, process feedback, and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Source & Curate: Gather high-quality imagery (video, gifs & stills) to develop and visualise concepts.
  • Design & Elevate: Build standout presentation decks with branding, typography, logos, and layout expertise. Use your creativity to make every pitch deck visually engaging and strategically powerful.
  • Work Quickly & Smartly: This is a high-speed role—each project is unique and requires quick thinking and smart tools to deliver the best results.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 3-7+ years’ experience in a fast-paced agency, creative studio, or production company.
  • A passion for advertising and a strong understanding of the industry.
  • Adobe wizardry — Proficiency in InDesign & Photoshop (Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere are a bonus).
  • A creative mindset - Strong visual storytelling, branding, and design skills.
  • Technical efficiency — A fast and organized computer user, comfortable with various media formats.
  • A killer portfolio — Showcase your best work in editorial, branding, social media, and layouts.
  • A love for design, art, film, TV, and photography.
  • UK work authorization.

Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Have)

  • A degree in graphic design or a related field.
  • Experience with Figma, Keynote, PowerPoint, AI image generation, or web design.
  • Ability to create video assets and motion graphics.
