You'll take ownership of a busy retail showroom, leading a team of up to five people, driving sales performance and ensuring every customer receives a personal, high-quality experience. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate and develop a team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Manage daily store operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Deliver outstanding customer service through a personalised, consultative approach. Build lasting customer relationships and encourage repeat business. Coach your team to develop their sales skills and product knowledge. Monitor store performance and identify opportunities to increase sales.
